Our Ethics Committee works to establish and develop an ethical culture that is expected to be taken into consideration, internalized, and reflected in the way business is conducted within the DİAS Group of Companies. It monitors compliance with established ethical principles and evaluates ethical practices.

Personal Data Compliance Committee
Our Personal Data Compliance Committee is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legislation within the DİAS Group of Companies. It ensures that all departments, units, employees, and stakeholders are informed about personal data protection legislation, practices, and the Group's policies and procedures, and monitors their participation in awareness training. It also makes necessary decisions and provides guidance on compliance issues.

Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee
Our Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee monitors, supervises, and ensures the implementation of the DİAS Corporate Governance and Sustainability Policy, corporate governance principles, and legislation and standards related to sustainability, as well as the DİAS Group Sustainability Strategies within the DİAS Group of Companies. This committee continues its activities aimed at improving the Group's environmental, social, governance, and economic sustainability performance.

Our Human Resources (Candidate Selection and Compensation) Committee manages and supervises the appointment, performance evaluation, and compensation processes for senior managers and employees in director and above positions. This committee establishes transparent systems for identifying, evaluating, and training suitable candidates.

Risk and Compliance Committee
Our Risk and Compliance Committee identifies, assesses, and manages the strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and sustainability risks of the DİAS Group of Companies at an early stage; establishes effective internal control systems and ensures their integration; and advises the Board of Directors on all matters mentioned above.

Strategic Information Security Committee
Our Strategic Information Security Committee establishes policies, procedures, and processes for managing information systems and processes in line with the strategic objectives of the DİAS Group of Companies and ensuring information security. Furthermore, it ensures that risks arising from the use of information technologies are effectively managed.
