As co-founder and CEO of DİAS, Metehan Oğuz shapes the company's development strategies and guides the transformation process with his innovative vision. Metehan Oğuz, a graduate of Gazi University's Faculty of Education, has over 25 years of professional experience and has carried out projects as an investor and entrepreneur in many countries, including Turkey, Germany, and the United States. In 2001, he started his business life with the production and sales of construction and mining equipment, continued with technology, logistics, marketing and innovative products, and continues his active business life as the Chairman and CEO of DİAS Teknoloji A.Ş. With projects aimed at adding value to society, he produces sustainable and value-added solutions by focusing on continuous development and innovation in environmental, social, and economic terms. With this understanding, he continues to contribute to the transformation of industries as a lifelong entrepreneur.

Burak Vardan serves as a partner and member of the Board of Directors at DİAS. He completed his bachelor's and MBA degrees in International Business and Management at Schiller International University Heidelberg, Germany. He began his professional career in 1994 at RG Inc.'s UK office, then moved to the New York office, where he served as Vice President until 2002. In 2003, he returned to Turkey and joined his family business, Çukurova İnşaat, as Business Development Manager. In 2008, he was appointed General Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, and during his tenure, he successfully completed large-scale projects in Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. During this process, he contributed to Çukurova İnşaat's inclusion in the ENR list of the world's largest international contracting companies for three consecutive years. As a member of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), Vardan has chaired various business councils and currently holds management positions in the Turkey-Italy Business Council and the Turkey-Russia Business Council. As a member of the Contractors' Association, he continues to play an active role in the industry and oversees global strategy and business development efforts. Since 2020, he has been a partner in DİAS's growth journey and serves as a member of the Board of Directors responsible for global growth and international investments.

He was born in Istanbul in 1974. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He completed the Harvard Law School Education Program. He began his professional career in 1997 at Dun & Bradstreet Turkey Office. Between March 2003 and September 2007, he worked as a legal advisor at Yıldız Holding. Between October 2007 and April 2015, Demir served as Chief Legal Advisor at Çalık Holding A.Ş. During this period, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors of group companies operating in the holding, telecommunications, media, construction, energy and finance sectors both domestically and internationally. Demir served as Deputy General Manager of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Turkcell between May 2015 and November 2023. In addition to this role, he served as Chairman of the Ethics Committee, Chairman of the Compliance Committee, and Chairman of the Personal Data Steering Committee, as well as Board Member of various group companies. Additionally, he held the position of Deputy General Manager for Human Resources from March 2021 to September 2022. Demir joined the DİAS Group of Companies in December 2023 and serves as Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer (CLO).

Ertan Kirez graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Physics in 1998 and completed his Executive MBA program at Sabancı University. He began his career at Garanti Bank as a Corporate Banking Portfolio Specialist. After serving as Financial and Administrative Affairs Manager at Koyuncu Elektronik between 2002 and 2007, he worked at Index Group between 2007 and 2009, successively as Financial Affairs Manager at Datagate Bilgisayar A.Ş. and Credit Control & Collections Group Manager at Indeks A.Ş. Ertan Kirez served at Yıldız Holding and its subsidiaries between 2009 and 2024, holding the following positions in order: Finance Manager at Mersa Elektronik A.Ş., CFO at Penta Teknoloji, Group CFO at Yıldız Holding Retail Group, Deputy General Manager responsible for finance and operations at Penta Teknoloji, Performance Management Leader at Yıldız Holding Board of Directors Office, General Manager at Gözde GSYO, and Global CFO at Godiva. Since March 2024, he has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at DİAS Teknoloji A.Ş.

Hüseyin Çakmak completed his undergraduate education in 2003 at Anadolu University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration, and his master's degree in 2006 at Kocaeli University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration, in the field of Management Science. Çakmak began his professional career in 2002 as Sales and Finance Operations Manager at Altındere Petrol A.Ş. He continued his career between 2007 and 2019 at Yıldız Holding as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Group Director. Between 2019–2020, he served as Human Resources Group Director at Aydem Enerji, followed by Human Resources Director and CHRO at Turkcell between 2020 and 2023. Since December 2023, he has been serving as Human Resources Director at DİAS Teknoloji A.Ş.
