This text has been prepared by DİAS Bilişim ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi ("DİAS Teknoloji") in the capacity of data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

As DİAS Teknoloji, we use first and third party cookies in some areas of the website https://diasteknoloji.com/ ("Site"). This Cookie Clarification Text ("Clarification Text") applies to the Site managed by DİAS Teknoloji and cookies will be used as described in the Clarification Text.

If you request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data or the deletion or destruction of your personal data, requesting that this be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

Objecting to any result that is to your detriment by means of analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems and

In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, demanding compensation for the damage.

Your requests regarding your rights regulated in Article 11 of the KVKK will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
